A dice to represent the 'game' or playing aspect of the book. A strong but simple visual representation of the book. It also plays on the idea of possibilities that can be associated with the plot and aspects of the book.
Coins to represent the 'royalty' and ongoing 'war' of the seven kingdoms could develop this idea further by only using seven coins?
The globe shows the scale of land on which the kingdoms in the book are based upon. Throughout the book there is a lot of competition for land which often causes a break out into war.
